Neurofeedback Sessions
Facilitated by Jennifer
Zengar Neurofeedback is a “dynamic” brain training system that uses real-time feedback from your brain's electrical activity, which monitors its subtle shifts to encourage the brain to self-correct and return to a more balanced, flexible functioning. It is non-evasive and does not require conscious effort on your part.
-
During a session, small sensors are placed on your scalp and ears to monitor brainwave activity.
The system analyzes this activity thousands of times per second.
Whenever the brain’s patterns become unstable or inefficient, the software provides immediate feedback—usually through small pauses or changes in the music or visuals you’re listening to.
The brain detects these interruptions and naturally adjusts itself toward a more stable and efficient state.
This process happens automatically—there’s no effort, focus, or conscious control required. You simply relax and let your brain do the work.
